Because brownfields present many challenges that traditional real estate investors and developers do not care to confront, we look for creative ways to uncover value that allow our investors to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns while making a difference in the communities where their money is being deployed.

We seek to minimize our investment risk by establishing open communication with the communities where we are involved, exploring multiple exit strategies, using reputable and trustworthy deal partners, and applying thorough and sophisticated financial analysis. Additionally, we make prudent use of leverage and when possible, implement multiple development phases.

We provide equity and debt in situations where our capital can help make a difference. Our typical transaction size is $1million - $10 million, but we are open to exploring other opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis.
